- 20% off emergency exams and additional X-rays
- 20% off fillings, crowns, extractions (does not include braces or Invisalign® clear aligners)

Adult Plan
$299/yr.
- Two routine exams, X-rays and cleanings per year

Your plan takes effect the day that you sign up, and there is no ID card, group or member number. All your membership information will be kept in your electronic record. Members that have periodontal disease are not eligible for the Adult or Child plans.
This plan is a dental discount plan, not dental insurance. It is not transferrable between people or other dental offices and can be used only at the Dental Wellness Center of Maryville/Metro East Dental implants. Payments for services are due at the time of your visit, and the discount plan cannot be combined with any other offers. This plan covers services only and not dental products. Implant-supported dentures are not eligible for Dental Wellness Plus.
